Learn how to embrace this season of life and positively anticipate your next

Noticing patterns helps you move through life with more acceptance. You are able to see that for every winter there is a spring to follow.

Every night is followed by morning sunrise.

Sunrise marks beginning of a new day and reminds us we too can start fresh at any time.

How? Just pause, focus on your breath, allow whatever is coming up to be, refocus on your breath or any thing that is good right now.

Gratefulness and fear can’t be felt at the same time.

Gratefulness and anger can’t be felt at the same time.

Morning always comes after night.

Problems you are facing now will pass.

How you choose to be as you are going through what what you are going though is up to you!

Everything changes, ends and makes way for something new.

Going back to patterns helps you be ready for what is coming next

As Tony Robbins says “Leaders anticipate. Losers react.”

If you can anticipate what’s coming, you can take advantage. If you wait til it hits you, you are in trouble.

Knowing that another season is on the horizon helps you move through tough times.

But it’s not the beautiful amazing seasons in our life that make us stronger, that help us grow, and be who we are called to be. It is the hard times that do that. S

Strength comes from going through hard things.

Hard things are a natural part of life. The lesson comes in the journey.

How you choose to be as you are going through what what you are going though is up to you.

Life Recipe 75: Embracing this season of your life and anticipating next season positively

Seasons of life can be long or short. There is always change. If you are not changing, growing, evolving, you are not living. Life is energy, flow and movement. Here’s a life recipe to stay in flow, let the old go, embrace the new, creating space for more that fulfills you and brings meaning and joy into your life. Getting what you want doesn’t do that. It’s creating more of what makes you, giving more, doing what your heart calls you to do, that brings fulfillment that helps you move through even the hardest and longest winters in your life.

  1. Awareness. Be aware of where you are now. What are you feeling. Awareness and always the first step to any shift.

  2. Acceptance. Allow what is to be. Allow what you are feeling and experiencing to move through you. What is showing up now is and will not be forever - good or bad.

  3. Focus. Train your mind to focus on what is good right now. If there is not good, focus on what you do want more of in your life. You breathing and being here is good right now. Focus on how you are growing and learning from whatever is coming up and it’s helping you be who you are meant to be.

  4. Intention. Set an intention for how you are going to be and what you are going to create more of in your life. What do you want more of? How are you making choices today in alignment for who you want to be.Keep your intentions and visions at heart. It’s easy to go back to doing what you’ve always done and keep getting what you always got. Keep your intentions at heart, repeat and feel them often. This helps you realize them.

It’s going to be a better year if you’re willing to be better.

If it looks and feels very horrible now, it will end. Extend gratefulness for what you want to see more of (even if you aren’t seeing it now.)

If it looks and feels very wonderful now, enjoy it. Be in it. Extend gratefulness.

How? Just pause, focus on your breath, allow whatever is coming up to be, refocus on your breath or any thing that is good right now.

Take a moment now to be still.

Focus on your breath.

Allow whatever is to be.

Let go of what was.

Embrace what may be.

And just be here.

What is good for you right now?

What makes you feel good?

How can you create more good in your life? Who can you be with more? What can you do more of? What of your gifts can you share with others? What experiences make you feel alive? How can you prioritize that into your day?

Set your intention for today.

What will you do today that your future self will thank you for?

Remember, you are loved.

You are exactly where you need to be right now, in this moment.

Say thank you for all that you are and all that is made you, you.

You are like no other and have a unique gift to share by your presence.

How you choose to be as you are going through what what you are going though is up to you.

Everything changes, ends and makes way for something new.

Remember at any time to pause, focus on your breath, allow what is to be, refocus on something that is good maybe just your breath in and out flowing through you.

Accept this season with grace and anticipate your next with intention and possibility and trusting that it’s going to be a better season ahead if you’re willing to be better.

Moment by Moment.

Choice by Choice.
