Enjoying and Learning from the Different Seasons of Life

Every night is followed by morning sunrise.

Sunrise marks beginning of a new day and reminds us we too can start fresh at any time.

How? Just pause, focus on your breath, allow whatever is coming up to be, refocus on your breath or any thing that is good right now.

Gratefulness and fear can’t be felt at the same time.

Gratefulness and anger can’t be felt at the same time.

Problems you are facing now will pass.

Everything changes, ends and makes way for something new.

Knowing that another season is on the horizon helps you move through tough times.

But it’s not the beautiful amazing seasons in our life that make us stronger, that help us grow, and be who we are called to be. It is the hard times that do that.

Strength comes from going through hard things.

Life Recipe: Stay in Flow with the Seasons of Life

Here’s a life recipe to stay in flow, let the old go, embrace the new, and creating space more of what you soul needs - that leads to lasting fulfillment and meaning.

  1. Awareness. Be aware of where you are now. What are you feeling. Awareness and always the first step to any shift.

  2. Acceptance. Allow what is to be. Allow what you are feeling and experiencing to move through you. What is showing up now is and will not be forever - good or bad.

  3. Focus. Train your mind to focus on what is good right now. If there is not good, focus on what you do want more of in your life. You breathing and being here is good right now. Focus on how you are growing and learning from whatever is coming up and it’s helping you be who you are meant to be.

  4. Intention. Set an intention for how you are going to be and what you are going to create more of in your life. What do you want more of? How are you making choices today in alignment for who you want to be. Keep your intentions and visions at heart. It’s easy to go back to doing what you’ve always done and keep getting what you always got. Keep your intentions at heart, repeat and feel them often. This helps you realize them.

What will you do today that your future self will thank you for?

Remember, you are loved.

You are exactly where you need to be right now, in this moment.

Say thank you for all that you are and all that is made you, you.

How you choose to be as you are going through what what you are going though is up to you.

Everything changes, ends and makes way for something new.

Remember at any time to pause, focus on your breath, allow what is to be, refocus on something that is good maybe just your breath in and out flowing through you.

Accept this season with grace and anticipate your next with intention and possibility and trusting that it’s going to be a better season ahead if you’re willing to be better.
