Each of the Seven chakras are associated with a particular aspect of our life and body.
During this guided meditation, focused awareness is brought upon each of the seven chakras, helping you to open and balance them.
The Human Energy System has Seven Chakras
Root Chakra (red)- Area at base of spine. Allows for safety, security, and feeling rooted. From this space you release what doesn't serve you and ground yourself.
Sacral chakra (orange)- Area below belly button. Allows for creativity, openness, pleasure, and playfulness. From this space you tap into emotional and sexual health.
Solar plexus chakra (yellow)- Area near stomach. Allows for will power, manifestation, courage. From this space tap into will and courage to do what is yours to do.
Heart chakra (green)- Area around heart and lungs. Allows for love compassion, and respect. From this space tap into greater immunity and relational energy.
Throat chakra (blue)- Area around throat, ears. Allows for self-expression, authenticity, and self-expression. Tap into your authentic, real voice of truth and love.
Third eye chakra (indigo)- Area around brain, vision, between eyebrows. Allows for conscious thinking, imagining, and intuition. Tap in to create, intuit, and imagine.
Crown chakra (violet)- Area at top of head, awareness. Allows for connection to divine, higher energy. Tap in to connect to peace, soul, purpose, higher self.
