I am a writer, teacher, and speaker specializing in mindfulness, spirituality, family flow & self-development. I have an M.A. in writing, am a certified postpartum doula and group facilitator, and trained as a mindfulness and spiritual guide. Through my writings, teachings, and meditations, I guide people, especially families in transition, to turn within, connect, and experience wholeness and harmony in parenting + life.
